Here we go, this should be better. Sorry about that, guys. Thanks for all the constructive feedback earlier, and yes, happy bday Dman! Big 30. I'm 36 myself. 30's are awesome.
Anyway, I will keep the Campaign at the same level of "Ratings". Indeed, there's no need for anyone to feel uncomfortable at any time. I red a few articles recently about the importance of setting "boundaries", especially when playing with a bunch of strangers, and since I'm trying to keep everyone on the same page (which so far, I think everyone is), I figured I would start this thread where we can discuss random things related to the game, and Rping in general. I like to understand more about my players so I can help them have a better experience. You can also use this thread for any feedback you may have for the Game in general
So far this group has definitely attracted a majority of RP heavy players, with great character backgrounds and a ton of creativity. Exactly what I was hoping for...
So far, in terms of tactics, Team2 seems to be the one tackling threats head-on, while Team1 is more strategic and patient in their approach. Which in both case has lead to some interesting developments...
Also, more people are joining Team3, so the Campaign is still growing!
And of course, props to our one and only Villain! Having a PC led Bad guy has helped me tremendously in designing new threats...
My goal with this Campaign is actually to recruit as many players as possible, and possibly start collaborating with other Dms who would want to volunteer to run their own Talaveroth games, which would also be related to the main storyline.
I really don't mind seeing where i'm being taken through these lands, as long as there's no blatant contradicting or flat out disregarding anything of Saerirra's background, which as of now isn't much so it's not likely to happen, not that I expect the DM or any of the players to do such a thing.
Everyone seems to be well mannered and patient, not at all one of those "i have to grab all the glory" types. I have read about some true horroe stories online before, and some are just flat out insane. Thankfully nobody here seems interested in ruining anyone's fun. I'm happy for that, seeing as this is my first time playing D&D as a player.
Wait, Team Evil is just one person? :O I guess there IS an 'I' in 'Team' when you're evil. This one is for you, evil one.
I'm having tons of fun here. PbP really lets you play with your character's background and thoughts. In RL D&D, I am in a group where my actions and comments are pretty much "Um, okay, I follow the guy who wants to go south." Of course, never knowing when someone else is on or for how long reduces the option for good dialog.
Talaveroth is being a wonderful world so far, can't wait to see more of it.

Ahaha, if only you knew...
In all seriousness, playing as the villain in a campaign as genuinely positive as this one has been so far is actually both really fun and quite challenging. Almost like trying to find a counterpoint to the way you all are playing, which means that there are going to be some interesting times ahead! Still, I would like this not to be a combative kind of game. To be sure, my villain will try his hardest to outsmart, outfight, and outplay you at every turn, but at the end of the day this is a story about heroes, and I am simply here to set a more interesting stage. In short, I expect, in the long run, to fail - and that's the fun part. All the dastardly plotting I please to do without, in some ways, the consequences of failure. Though, I think things might be coming to a head soon!

Hey everyone! I'm working on the new Chapter coming up, and different storylines for all the characters. Sorry it is taking a while, but I want everyone to have fun and equal "spotlight time" Since we are approaching Tier 2 (level 5-10), things should be starting to get epic.
I've Also been running my Starfinder Campaign, and a new Shadowrun 5e game with my Austin Players, which have taken away some of my pbp time recently (Stoopid real world...)
But I'm off to Houston for work. Gonna be spending 10 days there with barely any friends lol, so I should have a bit more writing time coming up.

What book are you using? I only allow Player's Handbook, Xanathar's, Volo, and Swordcoast Guide
Also, how did your abilities end up so low? You should just use the point based creation system
Oh, well 1.heck time to scrap that idea then
2.i just put those in as place holders until I actually rolled
