The meeting room they led you to is a bit large to accommodate meeting with various people or large parties. And as such, a worker from the tavern part of the guildhall has supplied the room with small snacks and water. And as a word of warning, the receptionist has mentioned that the client is an heir to a house. But says not to worry as much as they're from the newer House Tharashk.
(Feel free to describe your character if necessary or introduce yourself to the others. If you'd like to decide against it, please state your silence. As this is mostly a rollcall.)
Hari blinks, having no idea what it means for someone to be "heir of a house", and sits down, picking up a glass of water and some dried fruit on the way while she eyes her new traveling companions.
Axon chooses to stand, and because of his warforged nature does not partake of food or drink. He wondered why the receptionist had warned them that the person was an Heir to House Tharashk, were they potentially dangerous? He kept his arms folded across the front of his chest in a defensive manner, a learned behavior but one that added to his slightly intimidating form.
Connor grabs a snack or two then begins to walk around the room introducing himself to everyone around the room starting with Axton Hello, my large friend I am Connor, Connor Nathum. I sort of introduced myself to the group but I wanted to get a bit more personal while we were waiting. Tell my about yourself if you'd like.
Axon looks to Connor, his steely expressing not changing, "I am Axon" he then returns his gaze to the middle of the room as it was before; fully expecting the interaction to be complete and both parties satisfied.
"And I am Forjar Enano, I hail from the Ironroot mountains. I have heard of warforged before, but never worked with one myself. Since I will be travelling with you and the other one, and likely responsible for keeping us all up and going I should ask. Do standard divine healing magics work on your kind? I apologize if it is offensive to ask, but where we are going my knowing could save your life."

Alrighty, friend. Your secrets are yours to have. Connor makes his way over to the human woman. Greetings, Connor Nathum, teller of tales, seeker of stories and amatuer musician. With whom do I have the pleasure working with ?
Axon looks to Forjar, "They do" he was a bit uneasy with the thought of another creature healing him. He had for so long taken care of his own wounds, never mind the fact that most had not given his health and well being a thought.
"Good to know. And I assume the same is true for the other warforged." Forjar tilts his head over towards Rusty.
"It will be interesting going into battle by your side. I have heard mechanoids make for formidable warriors."
With a nod to Axon, Forjar excuses himself and goes to sit at the table.
"So now we wait. I certainly hope this job includes travel. It is a long way to even the Southern most of the Demon Wastes, by land or sea. Help getting at least to the general area and back again would be a good thing."

"I am Liliana Ashfall, sneaker of shadows, seeker of revenge, and amateur stabber. Pleasure to make you acquaintance." She says extending her handfdddd towards him.
Hari, who has been dead silent and watching the others the whole time, speaks up in answer to Forjar's words. "I'd be more worried about what we find when we get there...a little extra walking doesn't compare to the threat fiends and abominations can pose."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Excellent shakes her hand. Connor moves to Hari there are many stories about all the nasty things that work in the Dark Connor thinks of a tale about demons or devils.
There is the tale of Tira Miron, the paladin who sacrificed herself to keep an all-powerful demon from destroying her nation.
As the party talks, a guild helper opens the door and bows their head. A human woman comes into the room, but seems a bit embarrassed as the guild helper addresses them with proper titles. She gives wave of the hand and a slight sigh as she turns to the party, "Ello, I'm Clara Frennan, I'm the crazy girl that wants you all to head out to the Demon Wastes and even better, go to a place called Fiendfall. It sounds lovely, doesn't it? Now, I'm sure you all want to talk business, dangers, and more likely loot. So I'll tell you now, I've got travel covered and you all can keep whatever you find there 'cept the obsidian. And for danger, well a place called Demon wastes or Fiendfall should speak for itself. I'm pretty sure I've covered most of the things but feel free to ask some questions." She sits down with a smile and waits for the party. She has the look of an explorer, with her leather armor over her traveling clothes. She has an axe on her back along with a couple of daggers to her side.
Sorry my Hobgoblin friend, we'll get to our introductions later. Intrigue is at the door. Connor moves quickly to Clara Fiendfall? Is that the place the great Tira Miron gave her life to protect these lands? I'm generally aware of of it, but how deep is it into the Demon wastes? Connor pulls out a book to take notes How far will we have to travel through the abyssal hordes to reach our destination? I may be talking too much sorry, but the more details I have the better, looks around the room at everyone else We- Corrects himself to not offend anyone I am sort of new at the practical part of adventuring but my confidence about our outlook is directly proportional to how much I know about this Connor begins to bombard Clara with questions how much of this obsidian are we expected to get? If its far will you give us a portion of the reward to buy necessities like horses or will we have to find our own way to the wastes. What sort of non-demon pitfalls are in the wastes have they built encampments? strongholds? Do they lay traps?
Hari gives Clara the same once-over everyone else has gotten, then blinks at Connor upon his mention of Tira Miron, looking confused for a moment before shaking her head and returning her attention to their employer. "You said travel's covered. What form does it take? You going to be accompanying us, and if so, how good are you at defending yourself? And what's the nature of the creatures we'll most likely be fighting? Rakshasa? Daelkyr?" Her face twists in utter disgust at the word "daelkyr" before she continues. "And I'm not generally aware of Fiendfall, so any details about background and location would be appreciated." Her voice is quick and efficient, like this is a military briefing or something as she lays her questions out.
OOC: Virst, I figure even if Fiendfall is relatively well-known in Khorvaire, Hari still wouldn't know about it because of her Kech's isolation, let me know if it's something from pre-daelkyr invasion (so like Age of Demons), because then she likely would know a tale or two.
Forjar sits back absorbing information, letting the others take the lead on questioning. As he sits a hand absently falls to the holy symbol at his belt, thumb running along the smooth head of the hammer like a worry stone.

Axon stood, still with his arms crossed, and assessed the woman; then, almost abruptly by comparison to the rest of the party, he simply asked, "When do we leave."

Rusty replaces his hood and take a spot near Axon. He scans the room and the client attempting to learn anything.
