Hey all, looking forward to playing my revised beast master ranger in an upcoming campaign. I was looking through the features and stuff that the companion gets but I don't see anywhere where it gets its natural weapons magical for the purposes of bypassing DR. Am I not seeing something? Is there a magical item that will allow it to overcome DR. A spell perhaps? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Revised ranger is not official wizards content. It is not supported on this toolset.
uh.. ok well the original beast master ranger would have the same issues, Overcoming DR with your companion.
If your DM allows it, someone could cast Magic Weapon on your companion's natural weapons. The rules are a bit ambiguous about natural weapons counting as weapons, but it's implied they are: they don't follow the improvised weapon rules, and they're not unarmed strikes. Additionally, rules designer Jeremy Crawford has tweeted that "As DM, I'd allow a natural weapon (not a regular unarmed strike) to work with an effect like booming blade." Booming Blade is a spell that requires making a melee attack with a weapon.
