Making a dragonborn rogue with retractable claws via the dragon hide feat. The claws are STR based. Is there a feat or something that either A) makes natural weapons finesse weapons? Or B) allows sneak attack with STR based natural weapons?
Talk to your GM. They may be willing to create such an ability.
They may also be willing to rule that, if you take a level of monk, your claws count as unarmed strikes. (If you're playing 2024 rules, I don't believe natural weapons exist as a concept any more, and likely are unarmed strikes.)
I'd 100% allow it, but it would be a homebrew rule.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

No to both of them.
