So I'm looking at combos for a hexblade paladin, and as a hexblade I add my charisma modifier to attack and damage rolls with my Hex warrior feature. My question is if I multiclassed into and Oathbreaker paladin, would that stack with Aura of Hate? So if I was a 7th level paladin with 1 level of hexblade and had a +4 to CHA, would the damage on a hit be +8?
Divine smite and eldritch smite can also be used on the same attack.
You have to be 5th level and have the Pact of the blade feature to have Eldritch smite. To have pact of the blade you have to have at least three warlock levels.

This guy specifies only one level in warlock, so he would be unable to get eldritch smite, and use it in the same turn as divine smite.

BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!

Gee if only I had made it clear I was also covering higher levels in that comment. Guess you should also point out that the level 12 invocation Lifedrinker that I mentioned in the same comment also isnt available at level 1.

Yes. You can also stack the lifedrinker pact of the blade invocation to deal weapon+CHA×3 damage (though by that point you are level 19).
Divine smite and eldritch smite can also be used on the same attack.
Note Hex Warrior replaces Strength or Dex.
Lifedrinker and Oathbreaker's Aura of Hate do not replace, but instead add onto existing.
