Sorry this will be a very noobie question I'm sure.
I am new to DnD in general and DMing for a bunch of also new players. But I'm just trying to get my head around spell saving throws. So if my party's level 2 bard casts Vicious Mockery and my creature has to make a Wisdom saving throw is the spell DC 13 PLUS the bards +3 modifier so need to roll a 16 in total to succeed or does DnDbeyond already take that into account and its just 13 to save.
Spells are the one thing that is frying my brain, thanks!
D&D beyond already accounts for your statistics when it makes your spell save DC.
To reiterate, your DC is 8 + proficiency bonus(which at level 2 is still a +2), plus spellcasting modifier, which in this case is a +3. Your DC is 13 until you increase either your charisma modifier or proficiency bonus.

Just for clarity, the way to calculate a caster's spell DC is (generally) 8 + Proficiency bonus + Casting ability modifier. For your group's level 2 bard, this is 8 + 2 + 3 = 13.
