Is spiritual weapon intangible or could you use it as a weapon? And if you could use it as a weapon would you use that weapon statistics.
It is a spectral weapon, so I would it is intangible. It is 'just' a spell which does not create a real weapon.
If you could hold it and make weapon attacks with it, the spell would say so.
