So, I am returning to D&D after a long hiatus. Going through the PHB, I have come across a rule that is new to me and I have a question about concerning Cleric Domain Spells. I understand how the character receives the Domain Spells for their character at certain levels and that these are in addition to their regular spells. My question is, in the PHB there are two spells listed at each level they gain Domain Spells - do they receive both of these spells at those levels or do they choose which one of the two they want? (I think that they choose one, but it is not made clear so I am not sure.)
All of the domain spells on the list are acquired at the listed levels. No choosing necessary, you just get all of them for the level you're at and below.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.
