I tried a Psychic Blades Rogue / Psi Warrior multiclass and it seems that Soulknife feature is considered to be range attack and not thrown (as written)
it doesn't get +2 bonus on damage rolls when i pick Thrown Weapon fighting style
but gets the +2 bonus to attack rolls when i pick Archery fighting style.
It's a thrown weapon attack. Like throwing a dagger. The difference is that it has a specific normal range of 60 ft and no long range.
Thrown weapons are considered ranged weapons when being thrown. It should benefit from Archery Fighting Style.
Since it is a thrown weapon it should benefit from Thrown Weapon fighting style. The system does not support this mechanically because the style is hardcoded for the weapons that have been coded in specifically as thrown weapons (weapons that have the thrown property) - psychic blades are not coded into the system and are only added to the sheet like a custom action - since the custom action can indicate "ranged", it can apply Archery style, but since it cannot be indicated as "thrown" in this way, it cannot apply the Thrown style - even though, rules-wise, it should. You can customise the actions, or make your own custom actions, to apply the style to the rolls.

As per the Soul Knife class feature your Psychic Blades are Simple Melee Weapons with the Finesse and Thrown properties. As such you can use them to make either Melee or Ranged attacks and you can choose to use either Dexterity or Strength as the ability modifier to your attack and damage rolls.
As TehVilinaty points out via JC's tweet the Archery Fighting Style only applies to Ranged Weapons, and as Psychic Blades are Melee weapons it should not apply to them.
As for the Thrown Weapon Fighting Style it only applies to Ranged Weapon Attacks made with weapons with the Thrown property. So if you attack someone at range with your Psychic Blades then it should benefit from the Thrown Weapon Fighting Style, but if you stab someone in melee with them it shouldn't.
You could choose to throw your Psychic Blades while in melee range but doing so will impose disadvantage unless you have the Crossbow Expert feat.

Is this how it s supposed to be?
Thank you.

According to Jeremy Crawford, Archery Fighting Style won't work with Daggers (or Soul Blades):

"Look at the text. The third benefit specifies ranged weapons. Daggers aren't ranged weapons."

So, just to double check... a weapon with the Thrown property can be used to make a Ranged Weapon Attack, but it is not considered a "Ranged Weapon"?

Yes.
Compare the Dagger to the Dart. Their only differences are cost, weight, and being a Melee Weapon vs. a Ranged Weapon.
Also, look at the rules for improvised weapons. It describes what happens when you make a Melee Attack with a Ranged Weapon as well as throw a Melee Weapon without the Thrown property. - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/equipment#ImprovisedWeapons
In the same way that Unarmed Strikes are Melee Weapon Attacks, but not attacks with a Melee Weapon, yes.
