Bag of beans / belt of giant?

Hey guys, have a question here

So, I'm playing an artificer. Rolled a 7 for STR and a 9 for CHA. Currently attuned to a Belt of Hill Giant Strength, so my effective STR is 21

We looted a bag of beans and I got lucky and got the eggs.

My question is, assuming I succeed in my CON save, which stat will go up, STR or CHA? Since I have at least 12 in everything else

The Belt changes your strength while you wear it.  So, if you temporarily remove the belt beforehand then you would raise your strength.  If you keep the belt on throughout this process then you would raise your charisma.
