2024 Pact of the chain warlock. So early levels my imp could only attack in combat if I used my action to make it do so. but the find familiar spell says it can take other actions as normal so I have two main questions.
Can it do non combat things like sneaking up to an archer and stealing his arrows? (Probably a sleight of hand check)
Would using Help or the above example break invisibility?
I was just discussing Pact of the Chain with one of my players recently.
Yes the imp can take any action on it's turn that is not an attack action, without the Warlock using their attack action, and that includes stuff like trying to steal arrows.
Invisibility is not broken unless the invisible creature rolls an attack roll, deals damage or casts a spell...therefore stealing arrows does not break invisibility.
The imp can take the Help action without breaking invisibility. One cool thing is that the imp (or any familiar) can Help (gives Advantage on roll) to it's masters attack roll by distracting the opponent. Even a Toad familiar can do that by hopping around the opponent (toad can do a 5 foot high standing jump). However for this version of Help (giving advantage on attack roll), I rule that if the familiar is invisible it has to voluntarily become visible to be distracting enough.
When you take the Attack action, you can forgo one of your own attacks to allow your familiar to make one attack of its own with its Reaction to use Sting or Unarmed Strike to Damage, Grapple or Shove, latter which wouldn't break Invisibility since it makes no Attack Roll.
No. The Sanctuary spell ends only if the warded creature makes an attack roll, casts a spell, or deals damage. The Grapple and Shove options of an Unarmed Strike do none of these things.

Your Imp familiar can take actions such as Dash, Disengage, Dodge, Help, Hide, Influence, Magic, Ready, Search, Study, Utilize, Invisibility, Shape-Shift or any other action that doesn't attack.

Just to add a couple of SAC answers related to what Plaguescarred explained:
