"as a Bonus Action, you can see through the familiar’s eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses it has.
Finally, when you cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar can deliver the touch. Your familiar must be within 100 feet of you, and it must take a Reaction to deliver the touch when you cast the spell."
This is my character's Bonus action, not the familiars. Since this extends through my turn until the start of my next turn, does this ability allow me to cast spells on your own on a "point I can see"?
Even though the next phrase say "when you cast a spell with range of touch", this does not specifically limit me to only touch spells becuase the keyword "when".

I don't understand what you're getting at here. Only touch-range spells can be cast from your familiar's location.

It absolutely limits you to only touch spells, when means when, as in evey time you try to cast a spell with a range of touch you can do that. If you don't cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar cannot be the source.

You can cast non-touch spells on something you can see through the familiar's eyes...
But the spell is not cast from the familiar. It's cast from you, and range and having a clear path are measured from you.
It's not a useless trick -- for instance, it lets you throw spells while inside darkness -- but it's relatively specialized.
