I'm not sure if this is the correct place or not. There seems to be a typo in the new sleet storm spell. The wording change is from 20ft tall 40ft radius cylinder to 40ft tall 20ft radius cylinder but the range/area of both the old and new say 150ft/40ft cylinder. Every other spell that has an area matches the radius described in the spell except the new sleet storm. Ran into this issue during session and both the dm and myself were a bit confused. I wonder if the range/area is the typo or the spell description is the typo. It's odd they flipped the hight and radius in the new spell but that could be the intent. However with conjure minor elementals, I'm wondering if it's intended now.
Ok looking in the physical book it doesn't have a range/area like in dndbeyond or the dndbeyond app. So I'm thinking it's intended to be 40ft tall 20ft radius cylinder and that dndbeyonds spell listing for range/area is the typo and should say 150ft/20ft cylinder.
The more interesting question would be, why they swapped the height and the radius of the 2014 version. Did they mess up the numbers in 2014 and corrected them, or did they mess up this time around?

I have the same feeling. It seems the DDB "Range/Area" field usually shows the radius, but I've noticed at least two exceptions, including Sleet Storm:
Conjure Celestial: "a pillar of light in a 10-foot-radius, 40-foot-high Cylinder". Area in DDB: 40 ft (height)
Sleet Storm: "a 40-foot-tall, 20-foot-radius Cylinder". Area in DDB: 40 ft (height)
Normally:
Moonbeam: "a 5-foot-radius, 40-foot-high Cylinder". Area in DDB: 5 ft (radius)
Call Lightning: "a Cylinder that is 10 feet tall with a 60-foot radius". Area in DDB: 60 ft (radius)
Magic Circle: "a 10-foot-radius, 20-foot-tall Cylinder". Area in DDB: 10 ft (radius)
...
