Maybe a silly question, but when your Constitution modifier increases does it apply to every level/Hit Dice you already have?
Yes
As mentioned in the Player's Handbook, page 177 (or here), paragraph "hit points".
"If your Constitution modifier changes, your hit point maximum changes as well, as though you had the new modifier from 1st level."
