Is a magic item, like a ring or an amulet, that grants full access (no charges) to a single cantrip (like the Amulet of Guidance from BG3) ever been made? Is it something craftable?
The wand allows infinite casting of the cantrip, but the Tattoo vanishes after a single use though, correct?
In that case an Enspelled dart of Guidance would probably be better then the Tattoo, but the fact that it is a weapon is not great. I was thinking about something wearable.

The magic item from Balgur's Gate 3 is not part of the core rules. If we go down the homebrew route, this template could be used to make any Cantrip amulet you and your DM want.
Online BG3 Silver Pendant i saw was uncommon without attunement but it wouldn't be shocking if it did.
If you don't mind magic items casting cantrip that recharge after a Long Rest, then there could be more available out there as i only gave you example of magic items that could cast cantrip at-will.

Sure, it's the second best thing!
As long as the item doesn't stop being magical at 0 charges like some do. That wouldn't be ideal probably.
I might end up crafting 2 or 3 Enspelled Darts of Guidance. And keep them always at hand so to be covered.
The only issues is that they are effectively weapons so they might not be allowed to be carried around in social circumstances the way a ring could be.
I think both item allow only 1 casting per LR though right? And Warlock/Wizard cantrips only. No guidance for instance.
Yeah, you're right. To me, probably one very good option would be one proposed by Plaguescarred: an Enspelled Armor.
You could craft the magic item and enspell Guidance. EDIT: oh, no... "The spell is determined when the armor is created and must belong to the Abjuration or Illusion school of magic" :(

A Wand of Winter let you cast Ray of Frost.
A Spellwrought Tattoo also let you cast Cantrip.
Thanks!

For 5.5E there's some items like
A Ring of Shooting Stars let you cast Dancing Lights or Light.
A Staff of the Magi let you cast Light and Mage Hand.
Correct it vanish.
An Enspelled Weapon, Enspelled Staff or Enspelled Armor let you cast a cantrip by expanding 1 charge, so it's not no charges like what you said you were looking for.

You are right. I meant, compared to the tattoo. At least the weapon recharges after a LR.
The ring of shooting stars so far is the most similar to what I had in mind but the extra abilities make it too powerful.
Do you think an homebrewed version of the BG3 Amulet should be uncommon or rare? And require attunement or not?
As a comparison, enspelled cantrip weapons don't require attunement and are uncommon.. but
- they must be weapons
- have 1-6 charges (recharging 1d6 every LR and they do not risk becoming non magical when depleated).
So I wonder..

Other ideas could be a Dark Shard Amulet (Unknown Spell) or a Hat of Wizardry (Unknown Spell). The property is limited 1/Long Rest as well.

I thought about it. But no, the Enspelled Armor doesn't allow divination spells. Weapons do though.
Also you can't be wearing armor all the time.
But you might get away with 2 small enspelled darts or enspelled throwing daggers.
A character with long hair might even disguise them as hair pins like the assassin from Spy Family.
