I think raw, the space inside a bag of holding does not move, however, it doesnt move because its a pockef dimension, and i dont think aoe's and spell effects go outside pocket dimensions, nor can trigger by things outside the dimension.
If you can get into the bag of holding, you could have the glyph cast a buff spell on you and do concsntrstion, etc. And then you have to get back out. Which i think is more than a simple object interaction.
Its more like getting on and off of a mount
So if you want to use it for buffing, you could do it before combat when you have time, but in combat, id say it takes your free object interaction plus a utilize action, plus basically all your movement, to get in and out of the bag.

This isn't the sort of thing they generally rule on. (Really, that's most things, but never mind.)
In particular, by the rules there is no specified answer whether the inside of a bag of holding counts as moving for the glyph. My inclination is to say it does, because the inside of the bag moves with the outside of the bag*, but that's a table ruling. A DM that rules that it doesn't because the glyph is in an extradimensional space isn't wrong.
* The fact that there are people talking about using this to work around the concentration limits is definitely a factor, I admit. The reasonable uses for putting a glyph in your bag (protecting your stuff) are outweighed by the attempt to break the game.
A cool side effect of being a pocket dimension is you can throw a bag of holding around, but inside it doesnt feel like its moving.
So if you are a species or subclass that doesnt need to breath, you could set up a nice little studio apartment inside a bag of holding, put a murphy bed in there, some books and shelves, and take a short rest while someone in the party carries your bag of holding through a battle.

It's 2x2x4 (feet).
That's pretty cramped. Of course, it's also capable of holding 64 cubic feet, and that math doesn't math. But even at the larger size, that's small for any kind of living space, even in NYC.
The space inside is described as extradimensional, not another plane. It's just bigger on the inside. There's nothing about it that even suggests the inside doesn't move when the outside does.
People equating planes with dimensions are the problem here.

I think people assume the inside is on another plane because if the bag is pierced or overloaded, the bag rips and opens to the Astral Plane.
So it would make sense if the extradimensional space within the bag bordered the Astral Plane.

Perhaps it contains 4 chambers of 2 x 2 x 4 dimensions? Like that magic chest fake Mad Eye Moody uses, where each lock opens a different extradimensional space?

Well, i dont know many species that dont need to breathe without getting into the crazier stuff, so...
Also, if we're being all pedantic and stuff, it says "roughly 2 feet in diameter at the mouth and 4 feet deep."
So, the opening is a circle, 2ft in diameter, but that doesnt lock down the height and width. All we know is the depth is 4 ft.
My bag of holding is 4 ft deep, but the opening is like a hatch into a coffin that is 2ft wide and 8ft tall. Its basically a japanese sleeping pod...

I think this needs to be locked down by the higher ups. I have heard both yes and no that this can be done.
If the space inside the bag moves then this wont work....10ft rule.
If Its a static pocket dimension it does not move and it works.
For as many yes I have heard I have read as many no.
