Yes, it's a flat +1 to AC, not a change in the AC calculation
Remember you can do all the AC calculations and then pick the highest. The AC from warforged isn't an "armor calculation" it's a bonus to whatever armor calculation you already pick.
So:
10+Dex+1 = unarmored warforged
10+Dex+Con+Shield+1 = unarmored defense from Barbarian on warforged
10+Dex+Wis+1 = unarmored defense from Monk warforged
Hello. On your calculations are u adding the proficiency bonuses to any of them? Since integrated armor adds it? I would like to see that to get a better understanding of the number. As i would like to roll a barbarian warforge. Would to add my con if i do the 11+dex+pro. Since it states unarmored. Please help clarify thank you.
To clarify, the Integrated Protection feature of the Warforged race is an AC calculation and does not stack with any other AC calculation.
This means that the Unarmored Defense ability of the Barbarian or Monk can be used INSTEAD of Integrated Protection, but not in combination with it.
You get to pick which one you want to use.
The D&D Beyond character sheet will always take the best (highest) AC calculation and use that.
As a note - the comments previously in this thread relate to versions of Warforged prior to the Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron - likely homebrew conversions from 3.5e.
The natural armor of warforged is add to 10+des+unarmored defense?

13+Dex+1 = Mage armor on warforged
18+Shield+1 = fullplate on a worforged
...
The natural armor of a warforged would be 10 + 1 however,
A warforged Monk would who is unarmored would have an AC of 10 + dex +wis +1
