So I have an arcane archer in my group, but they need magical arrows to shoot their thingy. So I mentioned to him that he may wanna get in good with our sorcerer since she can craft magical items. But... from what I get it's very limited and VERY time consuming and not exactly cheap. I thought that maybe if I made a base price of 50 gp. Then added like 25 perhaps 30 gold per +1 arrow. And that you can create a maximum number of arrows equal to your spellcasting modifier. Meaning she can craft a maximum of 4 arrows at the moment. I don't know if it's underpowered or overpowered but it would allow my arcane archer to use his abilities since magical arrows are really really really rare.You don't find like a pack of 20 +1 arrows in every dungeon. And since his subclass is kinda you know built around magical arrows I thought it was kinda sad for him to only be able to use his special stuff like once or twice per season. If even that much. So if someone out there has a fix or think that this would or would not work please let me know! Thanks in advance! ^^

I think you misinterpret the Arcane Archer a bit. You don't need magic arrows in order for the class to work. In fact, one of the biggest pluses of the class is that you can imbue your own magic into the arrows and make them magical. You might want them to get the +1, but there are many tricks you can do.
At 3rd level you get 2 different "arcane shot" options, varying from Banishing Arrow, Enfeebling Arrow to Shadow Arrow.
At 7th level all your arrows count as magical for resistance or immunity to nonmagical attacks and you can re-target a missed attack.
That said, the rules for crafting magic items of any sort are in the Xanathar's Guide to Everything, under Downtime Actions. If they wanted to craft arrows, however, they're better off crafting a Bow+1 since the attack and damage bonus is applied to the attack with a bow.
