Weapon (rapier), uncommon (requires attunement by a creature proficient with both whips and rapiers)

This whip can take the form of a rapier, a whip or a belt. Changing forms can be done once per turn as part of the Attack action (before or after an attack) or as a bonus action.

In rapier form it has the Finesse property. In whip form it has the Finesse and Reach properties. In both forms it deals 1d8 piercing damage on a succesful hit.

In belt form, it is indestinguishable from a normal belt and can be wrapped around the waist or torso in various fashions. If so desired, its colour and texture accommodates the rest of the wielder's attire in order to not stand out.

Proficiency with a rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Notes: creature proficient with both whips and rapiers, Damage, Combat, Belt, Finesse
