As of right now there is no unearthed arcana that I know of on epic levels. The best thing that I can find that is "official" for epic levels are the epic boons in the DMG starting on pg. 231-232. These are extra "powers" that a character can get once they reach level 20 and given at the DM's discretion. I'm not familiar with any homebrew sites so I can't help you out there. I didn't see anything on DMs Guild either. You may have better luck, but you may have to adapt some rules from older editions.
There is Epic Legacy, that might be something for you. But it is unofficial
