Minor illusion can create a objecet or a sound, but minor illusion can create something like figure of a wolf or a dwarf/elf, but it look like real ?
In my campain Humans on North don't like magic creatures and magic (but have clerics anyway). My teammate what was magic creature get hurt so badly (had only 0hp because he succeded on saving throws, but can die of bleeding) So I created a human body, inside this illusion my teammate dying. and from behind I left him enough so out of illusion Cleric could only see a small hand of dying teammate. ( I fool him its because of disease), but later my DM said I can't create a body. So, Can I create a body what don't move ?
"You create a sound or an image of an object within range that lasts for the duration."
This would be the line in question. Would you consider a body an object? Would your DM consider a body an object?
If your DM agrees that a body is an object, remember that you would still have a size limitation. You couldn't create a very sizeable body, as the maximum size of a Minor Illusion is a 5 foot cube. So there are limitations on how much of another creature you could cover with your minor illusion, as well. If your team-mate is taller than 5', there would be parts of them showing from around your illusion.
A creature is not an object. You could create an illusion of a corpse, mannequin, or taxidermy mount, but not an illusion of a living, breathing creature.

You could create half a body that's all mangled as a distraction.
Keep in mind it's a cantrip.
