I was just thinking about scout13/fighter5/2trickery character I created that’s a kobold, could I utilize the pack tactic? Just do it in a kobold’s half ass style. Could I superimpose the duplicate illusion over the echo? It would look admittedly janky but kobold’s embrace that flawed look. Could I take it to adventures league or is it doomed to home brew? I know you could use the echo for pack tactics but could I superimpose the illusion over an echo or is there some sort of rule that they couldn’t occupy the same space together? I just get a kick out of the kobold being so excited to get this new ability that it does that. I just want it to shine at an adventures league but only if it’s legal.
You could superimpose them I suppose - the Duplicate doesn't say it occupies it's space - so it can be in a space with something else - but it wouldn't really get you anything.
Firstly - the Echo Knight's Echo cannot give you the benefit of Pack Tactics because it is not a creature and therefore not an ally - and Pack Tactics requires an ally. Secondly - the Trickster Cleric's Duplicate gives you advantage if you're both in melee with the same target anyway - which would render your Pack Tactics superfluous and redundant.
Basically - I see no reason why you wouldn't spread out your Duplicate and Echo to give your melee enemy 3 targets to hit instead of 2 (you and the EchoDuplicateSuperposition).
Neither Minor Illusion nor an Echo Knight's Echo are a creature, so neither triggers Pack Tactics. If your "trickery" levels give you a level 1 wizard spell slot, you can use find familiar to summon an owl, put the owl on your shoulder, and Pack Tactics will be up until you're hit with an AOE spell and the owl dies.

Why would levels in Trickery Domain Cleric grant wizard spell slots? Did you mean Wizard spells?

I am so confused by your post. O.o
I had no idea what "trickery character" meant, and my first guess was an illusionist wizard. :)

Ohh!
Ah, they were referring to the Cleric's Trickery domain. It admittedly wasn't clear but they do reference an illusory duplicate which is a Trickery Domain subclass feature. I can see why this could be mistaken for an illusion made by illusion spells though. You could say, it's rather tricky. (Sorry. Had to.)

I think Emmber covered everything.
Tl;dr: no, and also, why?
