I am making a character who has an Aberrant Dragonmark, however i don't know how to set the DC for my spell? I have looked several places and it says that it is 10+spell lvl+CHA modifier, which makes no sense when in the feat it says that CON is my spellcasting ability. Any suggestions?
Whilst it doesn't specifically list the DC for spells gained, the character sheet should show this information when a spell is selected for the character.
So, did we ever determine the Spellcasting ability for Abberant dragonmark? Because on the character sheet on DND beyond it says +5 to my attack roll but my con is only +2. My DM is saying use only the con mod. I'm a lvl 4 Monk/lvl 1 fighter Tortle. If you can help that would be great!

I'm not sure where you got that formula from. In general, spell mods are calculated thus:
Spell attack: prof + (ability mod)
Save DC: 8 + prof + (ability mod)
The aberrant dragonmark makes Con your spellcasting ability for your dragonmark spell and cantrip, so you use Con mods in the above formula.
The Aberrant Dragonmark feat contains this information:

Whilst it doesn't specifically list the DC for spells gained, the character sheet should show this information when a spell is selected for the character.
