You cant have expertise on the same skill more than once if that is what you are asking. Which is what the other 2 comments are correctly saying.
If you were asking if you could get expertise in 2 skills from rogue and expertise in 2 skills from bard to get a character that has expertise in 4 skills, then yes, you can do that.
If I understand you correctly then No. For all the reasons above.
There are a rare few feats that might stack with some of your skills. Observant comes to mind. The +5 bonus from that feat would add to your passive Perception and Investigation for some truly impressive numbers if you had expertise in those skills. I am sure there are a few other skills with similar synergy.
If you have access to the DNDBeyond character creator then try playing around with it. Even the free level will show you how to build a character and if you have a friend with the DM tier he can share the books he purchased with you.
Im planing to make a half elf bard(collage of lore)10 / rouge(swashbuckler)6 for a one shot
Im just wondering expertise would stack or not when I use them on different skills
because as far as I know there isn't any limit for number of expertise you can have
what do you guys think
No. Proficiency doesn't stack. Expertise therefore doesn't stack.
Yep, I agree with @WolfOfTheBees, it says it in the description of expertise.
D&D is a game for nerds... so I guess I'm one :p
