if I have Blood Hunter (Lycan) 6, multi-classing with a Warlock 1 what level spells do they have access to? If they were Order of the Profane Soul they would add 1/3 of their BH levels to their Warlock to see where they are on the Warlock progression table. Does that apply with Order of the Lycan?

The specific quote in the Blood Hunter rules is thus:
Blood Hunter Multiclassing with Warlock If multiclassing Order of the Profane Soul with Warlock levels, add a third of your blood hunter levels (rounded down) to your Warlock level and consult the Warlock progression table in the Player’s Handbook for total Spell Slots, Cantrips known, and Spell Slot Level.
Note how it only mentions Profane Soul and not any of the other subclasses.
It's just that Blood Hunter feels so much closer to a Paladin than it does to a fighter. And the nature of the blood curses is pretty similar to a lot of the Eldritch invocations. It feels like there odd to be some credit for the use of magic. granted I should probably have asked this in the DM's forum rather than the rules forum.

Thanks.
But spellcasting is spellcasting and not spellcasting is not spellcasting. Profane soul and warlock both have spellslots, the base blood hunter does not.
And this is a rules question, so the rules forum is a good place to ask. The DM forum is more discussing adventure content and dealing with people.

Just the same as a level 1 Warlock. Other class levels don't change what spells a warlock can access/learn.
I'm just going to assume that the homebrew nature of blood hunter made you not consider other rules.
But you are basically asking if 1/3rd of a champion fighter's levels get added to wizard, because that's how it would work for eldritch knight.
A champion is not an eldritch knight. A lycan is not a profane soul. Rules that apply only to 1 does not apply to the other.
