Can I combine subtle spell and awakened mind to cast suggestion undetected? If I can would this also bypass a potential language barrier?
Awaken Mind
Starting at 1st level, your alien knowledge gives you the ability to touch the minds of other creatures. You can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.
Subtle Spell
When you cast a spell, you can spend 1 sorcery point to cast it without any somatic or verbal components
Suggestion
You suggest a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two) and magically influence a creature you can see within range that can hear and understand you. Creatures that can't be charmed are immune to this effect. The suggestion must be worded in such a manner as to make the course of action sound reasonable. Asking the creature to stab itself, throw itself onto a spear, immolate itself, or do some other obviously harmful act ends the spell.
The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it pursues the course of action you described to the best of its ability. The suggested course of action can continue for the entire duration. If the suggested activity can be completed in a shorter time, the spell ends when the subject finishes what it was asked to do.
You can also specify conditions that will trigger a special activity during the duration. For example, you might suggest that a knight give her warhorse to the first beggar she meets. If the condition isn't met before the spell expires, the activity isn't performed.
If you or any of your companions damage the target, the spell ends.
Subtle Spell cannot apply, because using Awakened Mind is not casting a spell.
However, it shouldn't matter either way, because there's nothing in that text that says anything about components or being a notable action. There are a few spells, I think, that would detect it, but not many. And Awakened Mind only specifies that the target must know a language, not that you need a language in common. It's more a measure of the creature's intelligence, just not using it's INT stat.

I would rule yes. You've removed the verbal component of Suggestion so you can cast it completely silently and it never says you specifically have to say your suggestion out loud so giving it to them telepathically works. It's also very on theme with the Great Old One Warlock. Don't forget you still need your material component, though.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!

I would be using subtle spell on suggestion not Awakened mind.
Since that combination needs 3rd level and 2 different classes to work, plus it requires using sorcery points, and the target still gets a saving throw I would allow it. it’s an expensive combination to pull off and you’re giving up other possibilities in order to be able to do it. It would be great in a campaign with lots of intrigue!

No, unfortunately not completely unnoticeable. Suggestion has a material component so subtle spell won't eliminate all the visible movements.
