It goes along with the Gunslinger subclass, which is basically "official unofficial" homebrew from the Critical Role partnership DnDBeyond has with them.
It comes from the Gunslinger subclass for Fighters that was designed by Matthew Mercer for Critical Role. The subclass description includes a section on the firearms rules he uses for his game. The individual firearms from his table apparently also got added as separate equipment items(probably so you could add them to your inventory and have them listed in the Attacks section of your sheet).

Hello, anyone know what publication the [Tooltip Not Found] is from? It's not the same as the Mizzium Mortar from Ravnica.
