That's it. Your proficiency bonus increases per character level and your cantrips scale by character level, but most other things either scale per the individual class rules or the multiclassing rules.
Note that if you have spell slots from your classes, you might have spell slots that are higher than any spell level you can prepare or know. There has been debate about some classes being able to prepare or know a 3rd level spell even though they wouldn't have the ability as a Sorcerer 3 or whatever to cast a 3rd level spell. Ask your DM about those to see how they handle it and know that DnDBeyond defaults to not allowing that 3rd level spell to be known or prepared even though the 3rd level spell slot exists. Work arounds still have to be used if it's allowed by the DM.
Feats/AI, Extra Attacks, and everything EXCEPT the proficiency bonus listed in your per level chart are per level in a class.
One of the reasons for the feat/AI is that fighters and Rogues do not just get them once every 4 levels, they get more than that. You need levels in fighter to get the extra feats Fighter gives you, 1 fighter level and 19 Wizard levels give you just the feats/AI from Wizard
