I was wondering if the spell disintegrate would "automatically disintegrates a Large or smaller nonmagical object or a Creation of magical force. If the target is a Huge or larger object or Creation of force, this spell disintegrates a 10-foot-cube portion of it. A magic item is unaffected by this spell." if the target is immune to force damage
To add to what Matthias has said, I would ask; What is this (hypothetical?) object which is immune to force damage but isn't a magic item? Not being affected by raw kinetic energy seems like a fairly magical quality to me.

Minor nitpick: force damage doesn't have anything to do with physics. It's "pure magical energy focused into a damaging form". In fact, eldritch blast can't target objects.
That said, as stated in the Dungeon Master's Guide the only damage types objects are immune to by default are poison and psychic damage, for obvious reasons.

Helmed Horror is only base creature immune to force damage I know of..

It's the only creature immune to force damage. I love this site's monster listings.

How the spell affects a creature immune to force damage wasn't the OP's question, though, so that's not relevant.
...unless the OP was confused and thought the portion of the spell they quoted, which specifically states nonmagical object or creation of magical force, had anything to do with creatures.

Disintegrate.
If you target a creature, it does force damage and therefore factors vulnerability, resistance, and immunity to force damage.
If you target an object, it does not deal force damage and therefore does not factor vulnerability, resistance, and immunity to force damage.
