Does standing up from prone trigger an attack of opportunity? I understand that it uses up half your move action but there does not seem to be any place that specifically mentions attacks of opportunity triggers.
No, only if a creature moves out of your reach under normal circumstances.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
