According to RAW, is is possible to create a magic item that uses spells from multiple schools of magic? (eg: a wand that can cast an evocation spell, has a constant abujuration effect, and can cast a necromancy spell)
Likewise, could an item be crafted using magic from multiple classes? (eg: a staff that has necromantic spells, and cleric spells (turn/destroy undead), plus a few druid spells)
If possible, I'm assuming it would have to be a collaborative effort from either multiple casters/enchanters, or a broadly powerful multiclass enchanter.
These would be homebrew magic items, so you need to talk to your DM. There are rules for crafting magic items and guides for creating homebrew, but homebrew is not part of the game by default.
Homebrew magic items, absolutely. Going a bit farther... yes, if your DM gives approval, you can make a homebrew item that allows a user to cast whichever spells you want it to.
