Okay so I'm reading Volo's guide and I'm really confused...how big are kobolds? I thought they was about the same size as gnomes but sometimes it seems they are way smaller.
Some of the artwork in Volo's was seemed off then. There was a picture of what looked to be several kobolds carrying a shield with gold and jewels on it. I almost want to make Kobolds only about a foot tall in order to make them more of a nuisance than a threat
The image in question is out of sync with most depictions of kobolds. It has one carrying a cup the size of its torso. Those appear about 1ft tall, where most depictions (such as the one later in volos) depict them being about 1/3 the height of a human.
