Modron demigods. Hypothetically speaking. Would they be Construct or Celestial type creatures?
Blipdoolpoolp, the lobster-headed goddess who exists only when a group of kuo-toa decide to make her exist. Would she be an Aberration, Construct, or Celestial type creature?
According to older lore (as it's not yet defined in 5e): When the Primus (a being with deity status from Mechanus) is killed, a Secundus (a Modron) is promoted to be the new Primus (with deity status). Since each Secundus is a Modron and each Modron is a Construct, I think that the Primus would most likely manifest as a Construct-like deity when it manifests. Supposedly, Orcus killed a Primus and a Secundus became akin to an "acting Primus" rather than an actual Primus. What's happened since is anyone's guess. There could be a new Primus by now or the Secundi are stuck in some unsolvable recursion without a new Primus. In the latter case, the highest power to the Modrons would merely be constructs and not even deities.
As for the Sea Mother (I'm not going to try to remember the spelling right now), there's a link between it and madness in a couple of ways. That is more often a trait associated with Aberrations (though not strictly). I would consider its manifestation to most often be an Aberration-like Deity when it manifests.

When gods choose to have a stat block, they can be whatever they find most appropriate.
So far only 1 god has been stated in 5e (tiamat) and was a fiend (but that was easy for a "devil dragon").
Warning: Opinion, not fact.
