How does this interaction work? Does using Extend Spell when casting Polymorph on yourself allow you to still have the the Advantage for Concentration saving throws?
The Meta Magic says: "If the affected spell requires Concentration, you have Advantage on any saving throw you make to maintain that Concentration." (2024 PHB)
I would assume YES because the Meta Magic is affecting the spell itself, not you, even though using Meta Magic is a Class Feature. But I don't know what the most popular reading of this is.
Using Extended Spell when you cast Polymorph on yourself would give you advantage on the concentration checks to maintain it. The fact that you are shape-shifted would not change the mechanics for maintaining your concentration.
Are you sure you don't change how you maintain concentration?
From Polymorph: "The target’s game statistics are replaced by the stat block of the chosen Beast, but the target retains its alignment, personality, creature type, Hit Points, and Hit Point Dice."
So things like War Caster don't work, because you no longer have such feature while Polymorphed.
For Extended Spell I'm not sure but I think you can still benefit from it, because you are still you (although you are shape-shifted) and you are maintaining concentration for that spell.

War Caster would cease to function, but Extended Spell changes how your spell works, not your character, so it would still function after being polymorphed.

Good to know, thanks.

i think the advantage on concentration saves works with polymorph.
the bonus to concentration was technically given before before the transformation and should last as long as the extend spell stays in effect.
