I have very limited Sorcerer experience so I wanted to give it a go at a Spelljammer campaign I'm joining.
I think ultimately I want to build a fun character, that's useful and can hold its own in a fight.
Would greatly appreciate any advice.
The campaign's starting at level 1. With regards to the origin, I was thinking of going Aberrant Mind or Divine Soul, but also open to other ideas.
But honestly I know nothing about Sorcerer or Cleric spells (if I take Divine soul)...
What I do know I want to do is use my Changeling's ability to Change Appearance and then go around casting Friends on people (and eventually Suggestion too).
But yeah any tips on what spells are great/good/fun would be awesome.
The last part would be background. Leaning towards Astral Drifter or Wildspacer (since its a spelljammer campaign), but again I don't know much about cleric spells and which are better or more useful/fun than others.
