hi dming for a group and one is a kalashtar who hasnt played very much wanna help with bavkstory but there is very little lore on how they come about and how the quori actually come into a human any help maybe i am just blind

I can't seem to find ANY sources thst explain each Quori by name, such as what they stand for or what they're associated with, any refrences?
