no, because your forgetting an important part known as the soul(or mind zombies do not really have either). However if you got a undead with a soul (for example a ghost) yes.
This brings to my mind a question of compelled worship whether by magical compulsion or by duress.
If a worshipper contains a soul, does it still count if the worshipper is unwilling?
What about coercion rather than compelled?

No?” will be my epitaph.

I don't specifically remember if earlier editions ever fully covered this philosophical concept or not, but my gaming groups always viewed that the deities needed the [willing] belief and faith of its worshippers. Creatures that don't have a consciousness of their own (such as mindless constructs and undead) wouldn't normally be able to provide the spiritual energy needed to fuel a deity's power. Creatures that are magically charmed or dominated would similarly be unable to provide any significant spiritual energy, since they aren't necessary willing or sincere in their devotions.
Now, what about creatures that aren't being magically compelled to do so? That's beginning to be a bit of a grey area in my opinion. If a cultist tortures their captives into worshipping their dark deity, then the question of willingness and sincerity becomes questionable. I'd say that the energy would initially be minimal to none, but it might grow over time as captives are conditioned to worship the deity in order to avoid punishment. Similarly, deception might work well over the long term as well... Followers are conned into worshipping something that isn't quite what they thought it was, perhaps?

I'd say straight up someone to worship a God wouldn't work, it would a False Faith (and there a big wall for those on the Fugue Plane).
As far as I understand it, to work a faith must be genuine (you probably don't need to have absolute faith though).
