Surely more races and people would live in feywild than just elastin, hags, dryads, sprites, and fomorians right? Is there any other info regarding what type of people live and inhabit feywild?

Wild Beyond the Witchlight might be a useful resource for this question. Bottom line, though is: pretty much anyone.
Displacer beasts, blink dogs and owlbears all seem to have Feywild origins. Goblinoids also have Fey origins (at least since Monsters of the Multiverse). MotM additionally provides more Fey character species options: Centaur, Satyr, Changeling and Fairy, plus several more Fey monster races.
I rather like the take on the Fey in the “Invisible Library” series: creatures that live to inhabit a literary trope as fully as possible. Thus, I’d imagine Trolls in the Feywild finding bridges to live beneath, Cloud Giants arresting people on suspicion of possession of leguminous vegetables, Werewolves disguising themselves as grandmothers…
Yeah, Wild beyond the Witchlight , and Domains of Delight are good, wait I can pull up a list from Domains of Delight
"Domain Denizens
The Feywild Creatures table can help you populate a Domain of Delight. Stat blocks for the listed creatures appear in the Monster Manual or The Wild Beyond the Witchlight (WW).
Just because a creature doesn’t appear on the Feywild Creatures table doesn’t mean that it can’t appear in a Domain of Delight. Any D&D creature can find its way to the Feywild, and sometimes it’s fun to surprise players with creatures their characters would not expect to meet in the Feywild, such as a band of githyanki or a vampire.
You can add Moonstone Dragons (dragons native to the Feywild: from Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons).
There is something of an absence of higher CR Fey creatures. (Does an “Archfey” stat block exist?) However, you can re-flavour existing monsters as Fey. For example, one of the origins suggested for the Dhampir is a predatory Fey creature: you could just change a Vampire’s creature type to “Fey” to create such a nightmarish horror.

Archfey are generally considered unique individuals, so there's no generic stat block. Though you can simulate it by taking some high-level NPC statblocks, changing the type to Fey, and giving them a few properties like some innate illusion spells, the ability to fly, or change the damage type of one of their attacks to deal psychic damage.

"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Nah -- the others gave better answers. The cool thing about what I gave you is that it is basically a link to the DDB System, so the more stuff you own, the bigger that lists gets.

One thought that crossed my mind was to have a look at the Drow (and maybe Shadar-Kai) in the MM and in MotM. Those could provide the basis, with appropriate modifications, for various members of a Fey court.

Nah, I prefer yours because it's a list and less back and forth clickety click and less turning pages.

Anything can be in the feywild. the average beholder over there is an archfey, he lives in a feywild domain centered around his paranoia and safety of his beholder hive.
I would imagine that there are some elvish communities in the feywilds. At the very least, you could find some elves as explorers or travelers in the feywilds.
Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.

Besides the cannon (i.e., searching in D&DBeyond filtering for Fey), here are other inhabitants in the Feywild when I'm DM:
Started playing AD&D in the late 70s and stopped in the mid-80s. Started immersing myself into 5e in 2023
I would imagine that there are some elvish communities in the feywilds. At the very least, you could find some elves as explorers or travelers in the feywilds.
Well .... if it's wild, or it's fey ...
