Okay, this sounds like a the idea: You know the new warlock class The Genie. well I was wondering, if I can make a big bad, wielding seven genies, in mystical rings set? Filtering for anyone else to chime in and set up a campaign with this set up am curious how should I go about building? Sensors only 4 types of genies, or should I just reached archetypes. Some designs? I wonder if I should include two vessels, to make it possible for our heroes to have a chance of success? But how do I have a narrative that makes sense for genies to have one vessel, that must be in the way while the other vessel must be only by the master?
That villain would seriously be tempting destruction; having not just one, but SEVEN types of genie trapped within ring vessels.
Genie HATE being bound into service...djinn & marid might help a good or neutral aligned character every now and then...but an evil-aligned villain would likely earn the scorn or ire of such all-powerful beings. If even one got out...well, that villain is history.
However...if this villain had six other warlocks with Genie-patrons hiding in those rings...I can see that being an incredibly memorable encounter.
Consider that a single warlock may be powerful...but with only a few spell slots, their big spells run out fast.
But if this warlock releases ANOTHER warlock from their ring...now they have two or three MORE spells to cast.
...and AGAIN...then AGAIN, with a new warlock for every Genie type.
Your villain can then become a GROUP of warlocks, each with a distinct personality, perhaps using their mystical connection to their genies to achieve some nefarious goal...their leader being able to summon their ally whenever they feel pressured.
Maybe they're trying to merge the elemental planes together, in order to create a new world, one that they control as gods, due to their patrons already having dominion over their native elemental realms.
If they all get out at once, too...well, there's a reason why a party of warlocks is one of the most feared compositions in D&D:
Few things are more frightening that a volley of Eldritch Blasts.
Well, naturally I'm not going to have her be only evil until after she collects all of them. Speaking of, I'm wondering what should be her past warlock archetype, before gaining her first genie. Because let's be honest, a powerful genie bound to be served is probably going to be locked in a powerful dungeon, and no idiot is going to auction a genie with out using it in the best way possible. Let alone finding seven, I just can't see that happening on eBay!

Depends on what would fit best. Maybe the Warlock of the Undying One from SCAG?
