No, level three Spellcasters get access to second level spells. So as of third level, you may prepare the spell darkvision and do as garret said. Or you can use wildshape to transform into a wolf, as off second level.

On reflection and with divine inspiration… one of the easy ways to "Change" a character's eye color would be to take a 2 level dip in warlock and take the "devil's sight" invocation. I recommend this particular invocation because one it doesn't require an activation therefore I deem it permanent. And because there's no description of how it manifests so it's very easy to flavor to your liking.
hi in d&d is it possible for a human druid to be able to change his eyes to a wolf eye when it gets dark or when the light goes out in the room
As you have it written, no. At 2nd lvl, druids get darkvision and you could flavor the spell effect to be you getting wolf eyes.
ok thanks

is there a deity in d&d that resembles a wolf
Not to my knowledge, but it could be added as a minor deity or ancient woodland spirit if your DM allows it.

Many deities can polymorph, so you could pick one of these deities and have the character worship the "Wolf Form".
