I just noticed. In Waterdeep Heist Chapter 2 Trollskull Manor picture does not match the map in Appendix C. The Second floor balcony goes fully across the front. The map has the balcony ending at the bedroom. On the third floor the balcony is missing from the map. Only reason I notice is my homebrew dm, is allow me to make changes to the map.
2 things: perhaps it's just the angle?? and also, such a continuity error isn't the worst that can happen. If the players are given the art and the map, they will likely use the map for plotting out any locations, as opposed to the less authoritative artwork.
The picture not matching the map bugs me a little but I only mentioned it because WOTC recon some characters because the art work did not match write up. But I can think of a story of why the balcony does not match.

That most likely being that the artwork was created without full access to the map for whatever reason?
