Genie warlock. Tome pact. You don't have to go tome but get access to the instant summons.
Make your genie bottle the subject of the spell. Also have access to the sending spell. If someone has the gem and either 1. Want's you there, or 2. You want there, have then use the sending spell or vice versa. Then you get in the bottle and the gem is crushed. Leave the bottle and voila, you are now there.

"Anyone can smith at the cosmic anvil, yet only I can forge a weapon as good as thee."
Only caveat is the one who cast "Instant Summons" has to be the one to crush the sapphire to summon the Lamp. Thus to use it as a one-way teleport to a friend, that friend has to be the one to have cast "instant summons".
But, a pretty cool way to synergize with a party member.
Also a pretty interesting trick for a big bad to play on a warlock. Oh, you entered your lamp for a long rest did you... poof. That's odd you didn't wake up with your party. Just one more reason to be super careful with letting someone get near your lamp.
I think it would be a violation of the rules but, in some circumstances, I might allow it for the fun.
instant summons says "You touch an object ... whose longest dimension is 6 feet or less."
Bottled Respite says that "The interior of the vessel is an extradimensional space in the shape of a 20-foot-radius cylinder, 20 feet high, and resembles your vessel." Dimensions, which could be regarded as being relevant to interplanar or similar travel, get mentioned.
The genie's vessel, from an outside perspective, maybe a "tiny object" and yet, by magic, it doesn't fit the description of "an object ... whose longest dimension is 6 feet or less."
What you're saying does not fit rules as written and seem to me to be pretty far off rules as intended. The best argument I can see is rules as fun as long as that fits.
Sending stone - sender : how long would it take to get everyone into the portable hole? I'll summon a bit after the time you say. response : five minutes
"The interior of the vessel is an extradimensional space in the shape of a 20-foot-radius cylinder". "the portable holecreates an extradimensional hole 10 feet deep". I'd say that there's a better argument for the portable hole.

Yeah, party gets into portable hole (or into the lamp in warlock high enough level to bring people into vessel), friend of party throws it into a chest with prepared Instant Summons on the box/chest.
Instant Summons is a 6th level spell, combing it with other magical effects to get a one-way teleport that requires a lot of pre-setup and coordination isn't exactly a broken thing.

I respect your views (and, yeah, it is 6th level).
OK. all your artificers have infused whatever rugs into portable holes. An army goes into those holes. The holes are collected and handed to six people inclusive of a 10th level genie warlock. The warlock uses their sanctuary vessel ability to bring them all into the bottled sanctuary. The vessel gets summoned and the army then decamps. Good?
Teleportation Circle (5th level spell) lets unlimited number of people run through it.
So, I will say there is a thread on the rules section of like 5 pages on weather or not a bag of holding ect explodes when going into a vessel. So depending on your take you might have to just throw all the rugs into a box instead of a warlock's vessel.
Teleportation Circle (5th level spell) lets unlimited number of people run through it.
Teleportation Circle is a spell that is designed to transport the number of people that can be in the circle for one round of transportation and teleport them, on the same plane, to a fixed location of a teleportation circle as established with significant time and expense.
Instant summons is a spell designed to transport an item to any location on any plane.

The bottle itself isn't that big. The bottle lets you access a pocket dimension. Therefore it is viable for the spell.

"The interior of the vessel is an extradimensional space in the shape of a 20-foot-radius cylinder, 20 feet high, and resembles your vessel."
The extradimensional space is part of the vessel, it's the vessel's interior part, and it has stated dimensions.
And yet, although:
Extradimensional is defined as "Originating outside the known physical reality of the universe."
Meaning the spell, which tracks the physical properties, would still work on the item.

It's a great hack if you can get away with it.
This is like arguing that Mage Hand can't move the lamp because the stuff inside is too heavy. (hopefully you wouldn't make that argument)
But like everything, you need to run it by the DM.
Shrugs, so would you say this would work?

response : five minutes
Of course not. Because the hole has a set thingy. You can reach in, meaning its physical. You can't just reach into your bottle.
