I'm going on a cruise in a month with 4/5 of my D&D group (last member declined) and my DM is gonna throw together a one shot to amuse us at some point on the boat. Very exciting! We will probably not have internet or at the least very shitty internet and I'm prepared! Gonna put my character sheet in a notebook and keep my dice in my carry-on so that I can't loose them on they flight! Didn't know if anyone had any suggestions for small things to pack to make things go smoother. Was thinking of getting spell cards so I don't have to write all that shit out and maybe a spell tracker so I'm not erasing and rewriting constantly. Didn't know if anyone had any other suggestions, figured I'd throw this out there.
PS. We are doing theater of the mind exclusivly so no maps or minis
I haven't checked in a while, but I believe the DDB mobile app has a way to download your owned content to your phone. That way you could have them offline if you need to look up spells or other things.

The mobile app does allow downloading of source books and I believe it has a cached version of your character sheet.
The best way to check is to disconnect WIFI and Cellular connections and fire up the app to give it a look at how the content works offline.
You'll more than likely have to do it the way they did in the old days and use a good old pencil and eraser. If you feel like spending the money there's also cards you can purchase of the spells that are holographic and have quite nice artwork. This would give you an encyclopedia of sorts for spells and would avoid the need to write out every spell description. Either that or just take photos of the spell description on a cell phone.

My friends always have trouble with the mobile app so I've never used it
Pencil with an eraser.
It’s not a real character until you’ve erased a hole in the paper where the hit point box is.
