How quickly does UA things get added and incorporated into the character builder here? I really wanna test out that new Dragon Ranger.
Additionally, when creating homebrew, why can't we make a copy of UA Material?
Lastly, and this one is a bit off topic, is there anyway to create a Warlock exclusive feat that gives the "Hex Weapon" feature without being a Hexblade?

Thanks in advance!
Not sure about the first one. Usually there's a thread in Unearthed Arcana and Timer will send a "We are live" post
to make sure people won't duplicate it and keep it forever
Hex Weapon? You mean Hex Warrior? Yes... with text. no changes in the ddb sheet except 1/long rest limited use

I honestly LOVE the essentially prebuilt "Dragon Rider" build. It's so cool. Honestly, I want to play a character in a game with it now.
I honestly just wanna rework the Armorer Artificer UA a little to nerf it a pinch, because I love the Power Armor premise, but want to adjust certain ALWAYS PREPARED spells and . That's why I ask.
Yes, Hex Warrior, but exclusively the "You may use your CHA instead of STR or DEX for your weapon" bit. The other proficiencies, I don't care about. I know the Hexblade offers you to actively SHOW it in your character sheet, but is there a way to make a feat that does the same thing, AND displays it in your character sheet? I think what your response says is essentially "half yes, but not with the display like the official class shows".
