Part of the text of the 14th level Undead warlock feature Spirit Projection states that while projecting your spirit: "when you cast a spell of the conjuration or necromancy school, the spell doesn't require verbal or somatic components or material components that lack a gold cost."
I find this last part interesting as it potentially means that you can ignore material components that have a silver cost associated with them. At 14th level, I am sure that components that cost silver are pretty easy to come by, but I just find it interesting that the writers specified a gold cost. Are the only costly conjuration and necromancy spells associated with gold? Do you think this was intentional?

That is interesting, but the only spell I found that could fit through that loophole by listing it's material cost in silver was one Conjuration spell: Steel Wind Strike, which only appears on the Wizards & Rangers spell lists. Everything else I found from those schools with a material cost listed, listed it in gold pieces.
