How does Accursed Specter perform at higher levels (13+)? I am at a choice in my character to either pick up a feat or gain a 3rd level spell and accursed specter depending on how I multiclass.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.
