Debating Lucky or boosting Charisma to 20 on a 9th level Chain Sorlock (1 Shadow Sorcerer/8 Undying Warlock).
She is a custom lineage and currently has an 18 Charisma, Fey Touched feat and metamagic adept feats, with Agonizing Blast, Investment of the Chain Master (Sprite Familiar) and Tomb of Levistus Invocations.
I chose to boost CHA to 20 for my Hexblade. The extra CHA affected all my attacks, both melee and spells, damage of EB (Agonizing Blast), my spell save DC, CHA ST and a bunch of skills in which I was proficient.
An earlier character of mine got Lucky at high level (boon from a God). Half the time I forgot I had it, or it was not necessary
Especially considering that you have levels in sorcerer and the Metamagic Adept feat, you can have metamagic options that cover most of the applications of the Lucky feat as you gain sorcerer levels. Plus the CHA affects both your Sorcerer and Warlock spells, and will also buff the saves for your familiar.
