I'm currently playing a Warlock whose patron is the Tooth Fairy, and whose main aspiration is to collect as many teeth as possible, as offerings to their Patron. I've been trying to brainstorm with my DM how we can impliment these offerings into gameplay, e.g "offering" a large number of them before a roll to get advantage for that roll
Hoping for an in game use for the teeth without completed breaking the balance, any suggestions?
This may be a bit of a macabre idea but have you thought about making a necklace of teeth and then using it as an Arcane Spell Focus? Use it in a manner similar to Rosary Beads when casting a spell. You could also cast teeth in a manny similar ot using bones in divination spells. You also have Voodoo Gris-gris Talismans, these were bags that contained various things including teeth but were used to ward of evil so you could go around making these little bag talismans and then burying them for the tooth fairy to collect.
As to any effects that might be implemented this would be a DM's decision but I could see maybe using them to gain the effects of a Guidance or Resistance cantrip if using "mundane" teeth but you could also take a bit of inspiration from Jason and the Argonauts (1960's film) where a villian casts the teeth of a hydra on the ground and each one sprouts into a skeleton.
However they are used though I think if I were the DM would want them tied to your choice of spells and invocations rather than having them as extra effects or abilities.

Oh I like that, the Arcane Focus is definitely a shout! The Cantrip idea is a really interesting one too, definitely some food for thought. Thank you!
It’s a bit meta gaming, but talk to your DM about a magic item you might have gotten anyway, and see if you can craft it yourself with the teeth.
