So my plan here is to put 2 levels into wizard for cantrips/spells but mainly for the Divination Wizards portent dice. Then drop levels after that straight into warlock (or vice versa). I just know htat i want the 2 levels in Divination for those portent dice. The character is very much about predicting the ends times BUT HES RIGHT. Every dnd game is pretty much X big thing is trying to kill/destroy Y thing and if they succeed DOOOOOOOOOOOM. So i wanted to build a character that would 100% suddenly just have visions of that doom and uses Divination/Warlocky shit to stop it (or help it). The most in flavor warlock i saw for this was probably GoO Lock, but if anyone has sugggestions otherwise, i'm all ears. It's probably gonna be for a level like 1-10/13 campaign as most of what i've been playing in the last few years is the books.
Race Wise - idk V-Human for the Telepathy (charisma) felt right, but race is still a toss up. I thought maybe half-elf and then take Eyes of the Runekeeper/Detect Magic eyes. Visualistically i want his eyes to resemble deep space so all starry n stuff and these 2 things allow him to read all langauges and to see all magic. It fits and half-elf allows for dark vision , but yeah.
Stats - Assume standard array or point buy and Charisma/Intelligence/Wisdom HAVE TO BE THE HIGHEST 3 stats in that order. After that probably con/dex/str. I'm 100% okay with having shitass AC.
Interesting idea, I am curious why the need to multiclass though, single classed Divination Wizard could be better, you could flavour your "free" spells as you level up as being gained from a more eldritch source (the GOO you mentioned or maybe you came across a copy of some Lovecraftian style ancient text which you spend your time translating and adapting to suit your purpose) and see if your DM would allow you to have wizard versions of any warlock spells you particularly wanted, taking Sage (Astonromer or Discredited Academic) as a background would give it that lovecraftian side of things, take Deep Speech so you write everything in the language of the Aberrations/Far Realm. You've also now got the Eldritch Adept feat which would allow you to get Warlock invocations (assuming your DM is open to using those feats in Tasha's Cauldron of whatnot).

It's a start as wizardd and divining the end times = GoO lock. Essentially some really old being glanced at you or you glanced at it and it gifted you abilities. It's my way of branching Call of Cthulu into DND. Plus i like the flavor of it and after level 2 the only REALLY good thing from 1-10 is gaining back spell slots. Dipping more into warlock also allows me 2-3 eldritch invocations instead of just 1 from a feat + i can spend that feat point on something fun like telepathy (also giving me charisma).

Aasimar could be fun with this, as well - flavor the subrace to suit your attitude toward the end...
