If your warlock is hiding around a corner, and you have an invisible imp staring down an enemy, can you cast a spell like eldritch blast or hex at that enemy as long as you're within range?
The misty step part is a little trickier. Because it has a range of self, the imp would have to be looking at an area while still within 30 feet of you. So if your imp somehow got behind a locked door, and you were by it, you could misty step to the other side. Really though, I think you could just peer through a crack to do this.
This would go for anything else with a range of self and a number. You become the anchor of the spell, to make things like misty stepping 120 feet away, what I think is the highest distance you can peer through your familiar's senses.
There has been some debate about some of these. At least the ones involving a ranged attack, they would have full cover from unless you can draw a straight line from you to them.
What about spells that don't attack, like crown of madness or fireball?
Here are the related rules:
A Clear Path to the Target
To target something, you must have a clear path to it, so it can't be behind total cover. If you place an area of effect at a point that you can't see and an obstruction, such as a wall, is between you and that point, the point of origin comes into being on the near side of that obstruction.
Once a spell is cast, its effects aren't limited by its range, unless the spell's description says otherwise.
So you should not be able to target a creature that has total cover from you regardless of whether you can see it or not. But you can teleport a to an area that has total cover from you.

When in doubt, ask the DM.
To make things more complicated, you generally need to be able to see the target and using your familiar's eyes costs an action.
